AJM Consultative Medicine
Complex Care Concierge Clinic

AJM Consultative Medicine - Complex Care Concierge Clinic
Our clinic provides comprehensive, personalized concierge care for patients with complex medical conditions such as Dysautonomia/POTS, Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS), Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS), and related autoimmune disorders, including PANS and PANDAS.
Because of the time-intensive nature of our services, we operate outside the traditional insurance model. This allows us to dedicate more time and attention to each patient, offering in-depth evaluations, thoughtful treatment planning, and highly individualized care.

What to Expect - Ongoing Follow-Up Care
Patients receiving ongoing care through AJM Consultative Medicine can expect personalized follow-up visits that allow for comprehensive discussion, medication management, and coordination of complex care needs.
Appointments are available in person or via secure Zoom video consultation. Extended time can be scheduled as needed for more in-depth review or case coordination.
Additional Services
As part of our commitment to comprehensive, integrated care, we offer a range of ancillary services that support your ongoing medical needs, including:
- Coordination of specialist referrals
- Preparation of medical necessity and support letters
- Prior authorizations for medications, imaging, or specialized therapies
- Physician-to-physician consultations and communication with insurance carriers
- Email communication for follow-up or clarification between visits
